The Friday Funhouse

The Video of the Week

NOTE: apologies for the lack of the Funhouse last week, was busy graduating my daughter from high school!

I just finished my 10-years in the making book on glass fly rods, so they've been on my mind. I found this interview with Cameron Mortenson of the Fiberglass Manifesto blog and thought it was cool.

12 Thing I Would Buy If Only I Could Afford Them

You don't see too many Frank Knill Spoons on Cards.

Whoah. This ABU 5500CDL in Teak Box is out of this world cool.

Oddball spinning reels have been coming out of the word work of late and none are as tank-like as this Hardy Altex Mk 1.

I absolutely love these original Fred Young Big O's.

You won't see too many CCBC 5-Hook Minnows in the box.

Heddon 150s in boxes are always going to command interest.

Winchester Line Spools always break the bank.

Got to love this Heddon Spindiver in fancy green scale.

Check out this beautiful South Bend Teaser in the box.

I always dig these Tronick Tackle Boxes made in Chetek, Wis.

An Arbogast Kicker in the Box will make your day.

Most underrated company is Keeling and this 3-Hook Special is a beauty.

As always, have a great weekend -- and be good to each other, and yourself.

I very seriously doubt that the red Heddon #150 originally came in that box. The box is for a VL&A trade minnow. All known examples are round-bodied and sport Heddon trade minnow hardware.
