Streater's Thought of the Week

Every weekend Dick Streater gives us his thought of the week, culled from his voluminous files on fishing and tackle history.

Streater's Thought of the Week: Fritz J. Friebel of Tampa, Florida once held the world record for Largemouth Bass. It was 20 pounds 2 ounces, 31" long, and was caught in Moody Lake in West Central Florida on a Creek Chub #700 Pikie Minnow.
