Voices from the Past: The Bristolite (1934)

Ran across this blurb from the June 1934 Sporting Goods Dealer magazine about an obscure tackle company magazine called The Bristolite, published by Horton Mftg. of Bristol, Conn. It reads:

The Bristolite

The Horton Mfg. Company, Bristol, Conn., is publishing an interesting paper, called "The Bristolite." This is a four-page publication filled with interesting information regarding fishing tackle, its care and use. It contains many helpful hints, both for the merchant and angler on the care and selection of fishing equipment.

I believe that the information contained in this paper will be appreciated by everyone who reads it. If you have not received a copy, I suggest by all means you write the Horton Mfg. Company, Bristol, Conn.. for the latest copy of "The Bristolite."

It would be so cool to find a copy!
